Full Journal pdf2013-04-14 House Journal Page 1257 SB 57 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 13, 2013, calendar (page 1180), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 57(EDC) "An Act relating to parental involvement in education; adjusting pupil transportation funding; amending the time required for employers to give tenured teachers notification of their nonretention; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 57(EDC) pass the House?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 57(EDC) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
